- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Support for Atmospheric Scienceswhich was posted on May 16, 2011. You are notified that the following changes are made: Final questions and responses will be posted to the FedBiz Opps website.The period of performance will be May 1, 2012 through April 30 2017.The 45 day day phase in period is included in the 5 year contract period and willcommence on May 1, 2012.A separate fixed price contract is not required for the 45-day phase period. The entirecontract including the phase in period will be under a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Contract. Exhibit 1B has been revised to remove year 6 labor costs. The revised exhibit will beuploaded to the website.The due date for responses remain the same. July 7, 2011 @ 2:30 p.m. EST.Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. Thesedocuments will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWWbrowser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/GSFC Business Opportunitieshome page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=51 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation andany amendments.
