- Description
- The United States Marine Corps (USMC), has a requirement to procure 922 Emergency Egress Windshield (EEW), for both reducible and non-reducible height Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement (MTVR) variants, along with associated non-recurring logistics, engineering and test support, and data. The contemplated contract type is to be Firm Fixed Price. Deliveries will be required within six months of contract award. The window must meet the ballistic requirements set forth for the armored MTVR Platform. Any contractor wishing to propose to this requirement must maintain an active facility clearance issued by the Defense Security Service (DSS) that allows access to SECRET information. A Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued on or around July 28th as M67854-11-R-0218. When the solicitation is released, it will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website, www.fedbizopps.gov. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor the site for the release of the RFP.
