- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W912EE-11-T-0019 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with the intent to award using simplified acquisition procedures. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52. NAICS Code 111421. Specifications: The USACE, Vicksburg District, has a requirement to furnish and deliver Bareroot Hardwood and Pine seedlings in accordance with the attached specifications. This procurement may be quoted as follows: PLEASE SEE ATTACHED FILE FOR SPECIFICATIONS, LINE ITEM DESCRIPTION AND QUANTITY. CCR: CCR registration is necessary, if you are not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, an award CANNOT be made to your company. You may register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. Registering electronically will expedite the registration process. Quotes are due 14 July 2011 not later than 2:00 p.m. to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, ATTN: Leah McCain, 4155 East Clay Street, Vicksburg, MS 39183-3435.
