- The Space and Naval Warfare Center, Atlantic Charleston, SC code 2232 has arequirement for THE REPAIR OF POWER AND PROCESSOR BOARDS, P/N REPR- VSAT manufactured by L3 COMMUNICATIONS. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 517410, SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a L3 product listed below under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. L3 GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS SOLUTIONS, INC. IS LOCATED AT 7640 OMNITECH PL, VICTOR, NY 14564. L3 is the sole manufacturer and hold proprietary rights. Award is anticipated by COB 5 JUL 2011. Contract is to be FOB DESTINATION shipped to Receiving Officer, SPAWAR SILO BEND, ATTN: KARLA WOOLERY, 160 KELSEY LANE, TAMPA, FL 33619 and shall be marked for (M/F) as specified. The contract line item number (CLIN) and description for this procurement are:***CLIN 0001 CLIN 0020 *QTY 20 EACH REPAIR OF MALFUNCTIONING POWER AND PROCESSOR BOARDS, P/N REPR-VSAT **This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes for items other than the brand name L3 equipment listed in this synopsis***The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the products to the brand name cited above and will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes are due to Michelle Cope, Business Specialist, SPAWARSYSCEN, Atlantic by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 5 JUL 2011. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on a Brand Name based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received.
