- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Leonard Wood, on behalf of the 1st Engineer Brigade at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, 65473., intends to award a sole source contract, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (iii), based on the fact that only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The intended source for the award for this action is A&T Networks, 9861 Broken Land Parkway Suite # 154, Columbia, Maryland, 21046-3027. A&T Networks will provide continued support for the AUTODESK Software to support the 1st Engineer Brigade. The period of performance is one year from date of award. The anticipated contract is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The place of delivery will be Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri at the Governments' site. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document or RFP for competitive proposals to follow and no phone calls will be accepted. The point of contact for this posting is Mr. Robert Meekie, Contract Specialist at robert.meekie@us.army.mil. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a Capability Statement to Mr. Robert Meekie via e-mail no later than 06 Jul 2011; 14:00 P.M.CST. A determination to compete or not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
