- This is a synopsis for solicitation FA6648-11-R-0004. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, licenses and other items or services necessary to perform the management and operation of the roofing project at Homestead Air Reserve Base. The period of performance for this contract is anticipated to be 120 days. The solicitation method to be utilized for this requirement is the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP). The pricing arrangement is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price. The offeror was required to furnish evidence of previous successful management and execution of the roofing project.
