- This request for proposal is for the supply of new direct bolt-on replacement pumps to replace the original Ingersoll-Rand pumps, the supply of new inlet valves, the supply of new outlet valves and the supply of new flow indicators. The new inlet and outlet valves shall bolt on the existing valve flanges. Any hardware required to remove and seal the existing valve components shall be supplied with bolt on valves. New Gaskets as required for flow indicators shall be supplied. Price quotation will include delivery to Jones Bluff Powerhouse, 1170 County Rd 15 South, Selma, AL 36703. All offerors must submit bids for all or none, IAW the Scope of Work. All questions should be sent by email to Sophia Chin, at sophia.m.chin@usace.army.mil. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website https://www.fbo.gov on or about 30 June, 2011. All prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers must be registered in Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. It is the bidder's responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to the solicitation. Those registering are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The response date is 01 August 2011 at 2:00pm Central time.
