- Wage Determination Hotel Inspection Checklist Performance Work Statement UTA Schedule 1 Oct 13-30 Sep 14 UTA Schedule 1 Oct 12 - 30 Sep 13 UTA Schedule 1 Nov 11-30 Sep 12 FA4608-11-R-0032 Solicitation The contractor shall furnish lodging accommodations (single and/or double occupancy, non-smoking rooms) for 307th personnel during Unit Training Assembly (UTA) weekends at Barksdale Air Force Base on a contract rental basis. The single and double occupancy rooms shall contain living and sleeping areas in accordance with local standards. No more than one person shall be assigned to a single occupancy room. No more than two people shall be assigned to a double occupancy room. The lodging facility shall be located within an 8-mile driving distance to Barksdale Air Force Base.
