- JUSTIFICATION AND APPROVAL (J&A) FOR AmeriCorps NCCC Atlantic Region Campus Statement of Work: Multifunctional Machines HISTORY AmeriCorps NCCC is a residential national service program operated by the Corporation for National and Community Service. The AmeriCorps NCCC mission is to strengthen communities and develop leaders through team-based national and community service. Built on the legacy of the Civilian Conservation Corps of the 1930's, AmeriCorps NCCC is premised on the belief that civic responsibility is an inherent duty of all citizens and that national service can effectively solve local problems while providing opportunities to learn practical skills and engender a life-long commitment of service to others. The AmeriCorps NCCC mission is accomplished through the engagement of young people ages 18-24 in team based service on projects in local communities throughout designated regions of the country. REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS The AmeriCorps NCCC North Central Region Campus requires a Color Digital Multifunction machine (copy, printer, scan, fax, and email) with the following specifications to include security kit: Canon Color imageRunner C5051 Multifunction Machine with HDD Erase Kit, Signature Kit, Encryption Kit, Encrypted Print Kit, Advanced Box - 10GB, Color Network Printer, Universal send, 2.5 GB Ram & 80 GB Hard Drive, Surge Protector, 2/3 Hole Puncher, Optional Booklet Finisher-C1, Optional 2700 Paper Deck B1. Premier Lease 3 years. Casual Operator and Key Operator Training. Includes: All parts including drums, all labor charges, all toner. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUESTED: Service Policy requested to include training, service calls, preventive maintenance, upgrades as necessary, and on-call help desk. LOCATION & DELIVERY: AmeriCorps NCCC Atlantic Region Campus located at Building 15 Room 2, Perry Point, MD 21902 on the campus of the VA Medical Center in Perry Point MD. It will be a first floor delivery. Full set-up required TERMS: 36 month LTOP begin July 15, 2011- July 14, 2014 Provide termination ceiling charges.
