- The USPFO for Oregon intends to issue a request for quotation (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price contract for Requisition No. W81H9F1118B001, Laundry Services, Oregon National Guard, Camp Withycombe, Clackamas, Oregon. The vendor shall provide, clean, pick up and deliver the required number of coveralls, jackets, cleaning rags, and additional items on the contract list for the Oregon National Guard, and State of Oregon Employees at various locations throughout the State of Oregon. Any additional items that need to be added to the contract will require written approval by the contracting office. The projected amount for this project is $1,250,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 812332. The small business size standard for this NAICS is $35.5 Million. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about 30 June 2011. The pre-proposal conference is on 20 July 2011 @ 9:00 a.m. P.S.T at Camp Withycombe, 15300 Industrial Way, Bldg 6480, Auto Conference Room, Clackamas, Oregon 97015. Interested contractors are required to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-proposal conference. The bid closing date is scheduled for on-or-about 3 August 2011 and will be conducted at the USPFO for Oregon located at the Oregon Military Department in Salem, Oregon. Last day to submit request for Information or the proposal Inquiry form is five (5) days before bid closing. Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation. The Government intends to award without discussions. Interested bidders must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Firms can register via the CCR Internet site at http://www.ccr.gov or by contacting the CCR Information Center at 1-888-227-2423. Interested offerors are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line at http://orca.bpn.gov. You will need your DUNS number and CCR MPIN in order to log in to the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website. The solicitation and associated documents will be available from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at https://www.fbo.gov/. All contractors and subcontractors interested in this project must register at this site. FedBizOpps is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies. Interested bidders/offerors must register with FedBizOpps before accessing the system. Reference paragraph 4.4 of the Vendor Guide for instructions to retrieve the specification and drawing documents for this project. Bidders/Offerors cannot log onto the FedBizOpps home page and search for data.
