Description

PWS for the Food Service Contract Proposed Food Service CLIN Structure Evaluation and comments are being requested from the food service community on the proposed CLIN structure for the new contracting cycle for the full-service food contract at the three military dining facilities at Hill AFB, UT. Due to fiscal budget constraints, the using activity is attempting to construct the CLIN structure to permit maximum flexibility and more control over the level of service provided to reflect the funding that may be provided within the contract period. The CLIN structure, which is presented in Attachment A, consists of different otional senarios and various 'expendable' services, priced separately, for each of the three facilities. The intent is to have each of the senarios evaluated and awarded as options to the contract, Then, when funds are received at the beginning of a contract period, the option that has the highest level of service and is within the received budget, will be exercised for that contract period. The 'expendable' CLINs may be also be exercised as budjet permits. Comments and questions are encouraged.
