- This notification of the Government's intent to enter into a sole-source award under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Dyncorp for the acquisition of pilot, mechanical and Geographic Information Systems Data services for the Region 5 Firewatch program that consists of 2 Government-owned Bell 209 de-militarized Cobra helicopters, this is a all or none requirement. This announcement is published for informational purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. Any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representative for consideration for future requirements.
