- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to solicit the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Bell Helicopter Textron Inc, of Hurst, TX and the manufacturer of the tooling, Parker-Hannifin Corporation, of Irvine, CA on a limited competition basis for a Quantity of two (2) each for the following parts: Part Number Nomenclature SKC2492 Test Block SKC-7702 Test, Coupling 56927T3 Wrench 56932T2 Fixture, Holding 56932T3 Tool, Peen 56932-T4 Set Block 56933T1 Holder, Lapping 57474T1 Holder, Lapping 57481T1 Adapter 57481T3 Wrench 57481T5 Fixture, Staking 57490AF1 Fixture, Swaging 58613T1 Fixture, Holding 58613T4 Fixture, Press 58613T5 Tool, Pressing The Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) will be used to support oil pump assy, part number 214-040-130-103 and pump assy, 449-380-006-101 at the Depot Level of maintenance. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Parker-Hannifin Corporation is the manufacturer of the tooling. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Governement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
