- The Fort Knox Mission and Installation Contracting Center - Fort Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Boy Scouts of America to provide lodging, meals and training for approximately 238 JROTC cadets and cadre attending training at the Forest Lawn Circle X Scout Reservation, Cedar Glen, CA. The period of performance is 14-19 August 2011. This requirement is for the U.S. Army Cadet Command for the Orange County Independents JROTC Programs. The Boy Scouts of America is the only contractor in the area of consideration capable of providing the lodging, meals and training facilities required to support this event. Comments must be received, in writing, no later than 2:00 PM, EST, 5 July 2011 via email to nathalie.riley@us.army.mil.
