- Professional and Administrative Services The Department of State's National Foreign Affairs Training Center, Foreign Service Institute (FSI) provides training and professional development to personnel of the Department of State and the Foreign Service community. The School of Applied Information Technology (SAIT) at the Foreign Service Institute (FSI) seeks instructors, program analyst and general support personnel for its campus in Arlington, VA. The contractor shall support SAIT training programs identified by Department of State IT and end-user projects. SAIT is located at the Arlington campus, but provides instructional support to many Department of State Embassies, Consulates, and Domestic locations on a short term basis. All positions assigned to the Business Applications Division, the Enterprise Technology Division, and the Research and Learning Development Division will require at the minimum a Secret Clearance. The work requirements for all contractors will be determined by the Program Managers and the needs of the Department of State. Training may be required at other DoS locations, both domestic and overseas. Performance of these services will occur only as authorized by specific task orders detailing dates, tasks, and schedules.
