- USAF IESP 2010 AFEP EPA of 2005 See Section 2(e)(v) See Section 2(e) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-11-Q-0439 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52, Defense Circular Number 20110629, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2011-0421 and CPM 11-C-04. DESCRIPTION: To include all delivery and associated cost for the following items: Item 1: 3 Ton Evaporative Cooler - Qty-4 Item 2: 5 Ton Evaporative Cooler - Qty-6 Item 3: 6 Ton Evaporative Cooler - Qty-4 Item 4: Thermostat/Variable Speed Fan Controller - Qty-14 Item 5: Exhaust Louvers 16" - Qty-18 Proposals must also state delivery times for all items. All units must comply with Preasidential Executive Order 13423 Section 2(e) and 13514 Section 2(e)(v). Technology must comply with Energy Policy Act of 2005, 2010 Air Force Energy Plan and USAF Infrastructure Energy Strategic Plan Energy Efficiency Mandates. (See Attachments) FOB: Destination for delivery to: Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707-4369 This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ FA4877-11-Q-0439. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. North American Industrial Classification Standard 423730 Size Standard of 100 employees, applies to this procurement.IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
