- Full Requirement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSCG80-11-Q-P45LX7A is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). HSCG80-11-Q-P45LX7A and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-52. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-aside using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13. The Small Business Size Standard for NAICS 721110 is $30 million. This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract. The anticipated award date is on or about July 6, 2011. The government intends to award from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote conforming to the solicitation provides the best value. The Period of Performance is FORTY-FOUR (44) calendar days beginning 07 JULY 2011 through 20 AUGUST 2011. Along with your quote, you must submit a COMPLETE copy of the Dining Menu that will be used for the 44-day period that encompasses ALL Dining Requirements specifically outlined in paragraphs 3.1.2, 3.1.3, and 3.1.4. The USCGC BRANT (WPB-87348) will be located at Trinity Offshore, 4325 France Road, New Orleans, LA 70126. Refer questions to Amanda Myers, Contract Specialist at Amanda.J.Myers@uscg.mil.
