- Description
- This notice is posted in accordance with FAR 5.203, FAR 36.213-2, and FAR 14 Sealed Bidding. This acquisition is set aside - Competitive 8(a) acquisition. An offeror must be a certified 8(a). The National Guard Bureau (NGB/A7XF) is responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive Fire Emergency Services (FES) Program as an element of the overall Department of Defense (DoD) Environmental, Safety, and Occupationa Health Program. The goal of the FES program is to protect DoD personnel and the public from risk of death, injury, illness, or property damage as a result of DoD activities. The Scope of Work consists of providing Rescue Technician I and Rescue Technician training in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Closing date for this Solicitation is 12 July 2011 at 3:00 PM Eastern standard time. Please refer to the SOW for information on the pre-bid site visits. All answers will be provided via an amendment to the Solicitation.
