- The Army Contracting Command - Redstone plans to procure a three year IDIQ contract for acquisition of support to include, but not limited to, technical and engineering services, test support, personnel support, procurement and/or materiel, logistics support, software development, hardware design and fabrication, and studies for all configurations of the AH-64 Apache Attack Helicopters Sensor systems to include Foreign Military Sales (FMS) variants. The Government plans to procure the IDIQ contract as Sole Source from Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC), Orlando, FL, in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, 'Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.' LMMFC is the only qualified source for this technical and engineering support for the AH-64 Apache Attack Helicopters Sensors systems. In accordance with law and regulation, any contractor who expresses written interest in the Sole Source Requirement will receive full consideration.
