- USCGC PIKE - Dining & Lodging Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSCG80-11-Q-P45U82 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). HSCG80-11-Q- P45U82 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-52. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-aside using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13. The Small Business Size Standard for NAICS 721110 is $30.0 million. This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract. The anticipated award date is on or about July 12, 2011. The government intends to award from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote conforming to the solicitation provides the best value. The requirement is for temporary dining and lodging for the crew of the USCGC PIKE from 24 August 2011 to 07 October 2011 (44 days) within 10-mile radius of the vessel's location during the contract period of performance. The Coast Guard Cutter will be at Bay Ship & Yacht, Co., 2900 Main Street, Alameda, CA 94501. E-mailed quotations will be accepted and are subject to the same rules as paper quotations.
