- Request For Information (RFI) 300 Winchester Magnum Ammunition The United States Special Operations Command is conducting Market Research to determine the availability for 300 Winchester Magnum Ammunition. The performance characteristics are listed in the attachment. The attached document outlines the Objective requirement and Threshold requirements for the Request For Information along with further details mentioned above. All information received in response to the Request for Information (RFI) that is marked "proprietary" will be handled accordingly. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any proprietary information not properly identified. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with the applicable Government regulations. Responses to the RFI will not be returned nor will the Government confirm receipt of the announcement response, nor provide individual feedback. Whatever information is provided in response to this RFI will be used to access tradeoffs and alternatives available. Information submitted under this RFI will be protected from unauthorized disclosure. This RFI will remain open through July 21, 2011 unless superseded, amended, or cancelled. Information may be submitted any time during this period and will be subject to the process described in this RFI.
