- Bureau of Land Management, Department of the Interior, Farmington District Office, Farmington, New Mexico in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to award on a sole source basis to KRJA Systems, Inc., Lakewood, CO 80228 for Maptek Software: 1. Vulcan GeoModeller, 2. Mine Design Upgrade UG, 3. Vulcan-ESRI ArcGIS Interface4. Vulcan Maintenance. This procurement is a sole source requirement and is not a solicitation or a request for competitive proposal. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 4:30 pm Mountain Time, Thursday, July 14, 2011 by sending an e-mail to eleanor_tippeconnie@blm.gov; however, any technical data received will be for the sole purpose of market research for future proposes.
