- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this acquisition is W91QF4-11-R-0033. Proposals are being requested for the required items and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52. This acquisition is for Bus Transportation Services for Civilian Education System (CES) students at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas and is a Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 485410 with a size standard of $7,000,000.00 dollars. Period of Performance is August 8, 2011 through February 12, 2012 with two option periods (13 Feb 2012 thru 12 Feb 2013 and 13 Feb 2013 thru 12 Feb 2014).
