- Intent to Sole Source Orders This notice is for information purposes only. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to negotiate sole source purchase orders with a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Peak Government Services., to provide Medical Coding Services for VISN 12 Veterans Affairs facilities under the authority of Public Law 109-461 (38 U.S.C. 8127 (d)). Contractor is required to provide medical coding services for the Hines VA Hospital, Iron Mountain VA Medical Center, Madison VA Hospital, Jesse Brown VA Medical Center and Milwaukee VA Medical Center. The period of performance for these purchase orders is July 1, 2011 through September 30, 2011. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents are available. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon any response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
