- Description
- RFP, SOW and respective Attachments. Reference Section J of the Solicitation for all attachments. This serves as the Request for Proposal for the Randolph AFB, TX FFP-Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). MACC is a multiple award, competitive design build indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) construction acquisition based on a general statement of work further defined by each individual delivery order. Work to be performed under the MACC requirement will be general construction category to include maintenance, repair, alteration, mechanical, electrical, heating/air conditioning, demolition, painting, paving, and earthwork. Location of performance may include base facilities, military family housing and tenant organization facilities located within the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA). Work shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, attached General Provisions and Statement of Work, and the scope of work specified in any resultant delivery orders issued against this contract. The pre-proposal conference/site visit will be held on 20 July 2011 at 1:00 pm CST. All prospective offerors will be required to provide full name, date of birth, driver's license number and insurance for entry to Randolph AFB, prior to site visit. This information must be provided no later than 3:00 pm (CST) on 18 July 2011. Please submit all information/questions to BOTH POCs listed. (Note: Please allow sufficient time to request and process Past Performance Questionnaires) This will be a five year contract with a $75M cap. This is a competitive 8(a) acquisition restricted to the San Antonio small business district.
