- This contract will provide planning, staffing, supervision, management, and leased IT hardware and software resources necessary to ensure the effective and efficient support, administration and control of the leased IT infrastructure and desktop computers, as well as operating, maintaining, and upgrading the agency's Distributed Computing Environment. This is a sole source award pursuant with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(b)(1) which provides for limiting competition in those situations where the services are available from only one responsible source and no other type of services will satisfy the Governments requirements.
