- Past Performance Questionaire Solicitation: Bids and Past Performance Questionaire due no later than 18 July, 2011 6/30/2011:(Solicitation) Please see the official solicitation in the attachments. Bids Due NLT 12:00 pm, July 18, 2011 6/23/2011:(Presolicitation) This is a pre-solicitation notice for Minot AFB, ND to acquire Religious Education/ Coordinator services for the Protestant/Catholic Program at the Base Chapel on Minot AFB, ND. The required services are commercial in nature, therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, transportation, and services for a Catholic/ Protestant Religious Education Coordinator and Catholic Pastoral Coordinator to the Base Chapel. This will be a Small Buisness Set Aside with a North American Industrial Classification System Code of 813110 and size standard of $7.0 Million. The Period of Performance 01 Aug 2011 through 31 July 2012, plus two (2) option years. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ approximately 28 Jun 2011 with an anticipated closing dated of 15 Jul 2011. No paper copies will be issued. Contractor shall propose on all items to be considered responsive. Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation (AFFARS) clause 5352.201-9101 OMBUDSMAN fill-in; Robert C. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. All offerors must submit their representations and certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. The anticipated contract award date is on or around 25 Aug 2011. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
