- RFQ DESCRIPTION: This posting is for a service and maintenance plan to COMMVAULT Backup Server System. Location: Naval Hospitla Jacksonville, FL The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N00183-11-T-0304. Please see the attached RFQ to review the incorporated FAR Clauses, Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Clause, local clauses, and description of supplies/services. Period of performance is 12 months base and two 12 months option years. Delivery is FOB Destination. Total Small Business Set-Aside NAICS Code: 811212 Size Standard: $25 M The Government reserves the right to make an all or nothing award or partial award.
