- Bid Schedule Performance Work Statement Request for Proposal FA9301-11-R-0014 Service Contract Act wage determination Mission-Essential Service Plan Past Performance Survey Contractor Performance Information The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, supplies, and equipment, materials, repair and replacement parts, transportation and communication necessary to inspect, maintain and repair Ground Retractable Automotive Barrier (GRAB) and Delta Bollard systems located at Edwards AFB CA (See Appendix B). The contractor shall provide on-site monthly inspection/preventive maintenance and authorized emergency and routine repair service. All maintenance and repair work performed under this Performance-based Work Statement (PWS) shall be in accordance with industry/commercial practices as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. Ensure areas are clean, orderly and free of debris upon completion of each service. If manufacturers' recommended parts are not available, replacement parts shall be equal to or better than the manufacturer's recommended part. Technicians performing work under this PWS shall be trained have a minimum of 2 years certifiable experience inspecting, testing and maintaining GRAB barriers and Delta bollard systems. Contractor shall provide documentation of the technicians training and experience along with their proposal for evaluation.
