- Joint Forces and the NAVSUP WEAPONS SYSTEMS SUPPORT intend to issue a purchase order for Brand Specific purchase of BMC REMEDY HELP DESK SOFTWARE MAINTENACE. This procurement will be used to track and manage enterprise configuration items and their changes throughout the entire asset lifecycle with trouble ticket tracking. No other equipment will be accepted for this requirement.
