- The Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic, Charleston, SC, intends to issuea Sole Source award to SCS Embedded Tech under the authority of 10U.S.C.2304(C) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is thepurchase of 60 each CoreExpress-ECO which must be compatible with the GSK'sMobile Unit Carrier Board. This action will be conducted IAW FAR 12 and FAR13. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 334119. This synopsis is publishedfor informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers.Anyinquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to theContracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete thisproposed action based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretionofthe Government.
