- Description
- The United States Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has a requirement for nationwide logistics services. The services shall include warehousing, transportation, repairs, box and property moves, labor support, and work order processing. The IRS intends to award a hybrid type contract that includes Firm Fixed Price CLINs and Cost Plus Fixed Fee CLINS. The award will consist of a Phase-in Period (successor only), a Base Period and four 12-month optional periods. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 13, 2011. The solicitation will be posted to FBO.gov and the IRS’ website. The Government intends to provide the solicitation and all amendments via FBO.gov and the IRS’ website. The solicitation will be open to all responsible offerors. This is the only notice that will be posted regarding the issuance of the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to ensure they are kept abreast of the issuance of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments by monitoring FBO.gov and the IRS’ website.
