- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate education tuition costs on a sole source basis to the St. Croix County Day School, Kingshill, VI in Accordance with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The school shall provide an educational curriculum to include for grades 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 6th to develop cognitive skills in math, science, language, social studies, art, health, sports, physical fitness, and technology implemented by a highly qualified faculty. The period of performance is 8/29/11 - 6/6/12. The NAICS code is 611110. This is anticipated to be a sole source fixed price purchase order to the St. Croix County Day School. A sole source determination is approved and on file. The St. Croix County Day School is the only school located near the DEA Resident Office that is an approved school for family members of Federal employees. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Responses shall be submitted electronically to claire.r.whitley@usdoj.gov no later than July 12, 2011 at 12:00noon EST.
