- Amendment 4 Solicitation Document Amendment 4 Solicitation SB1341-11-RQ-0341 The purposes of this amendment are as follows: 1. To amend the specifications for CLIN 0001 hardware. There are five lines added to the most recent list of specifications. These changes can be seen through the MS Word Tracked Changes feature in the attached document entitled "Amendment 4 Solicitation Document." This document shall be used as the official Solicitation for SB1341-11-RQ-0341 from the date of this amendment. 2. To extend the response deadline of the solicitation to July 1, 2011 at 12:00 PM EST. This change can also be seen through the MS Word Tracked Changes feature in the attached document entitled "Amendment 4 Solicitation Document."
