- Sources Sought for OCC Continuing Education department Consumer Compliance Quick Reference guide, electronic format only. Notice of Sources Sought, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Consumer Compliance Quick Reference Guide. The OCC has a need for consumer compliance quick reference guides to supplement its Basic Consumer Compliance course which provides training to OCC bank examiners on the practical application of the compliance regulations. Quick reference guides would serve as reference on compliance regulations when examiners complete a community bank compliance exam. Although the primary need is directed towards course participants, the guides would be useful for examiners desiring quick reference to regulations when completing a compliance exam and identifying violations. Having electronic reference guides that are easily updatable is also an important consideration given the ever-changing Consumer Compliance Regulatory environment.
