- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-11-R-1480, IQC11143009031, NSN 5365-01-172-3587, Shim, Retention Plat. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. Weapon code is 40A and the end item is Helicopter, Black Hawk UH-60A. This is a Non-Commercial item and CSI item. Critical application applies. Configuration control applies. Source control applies. First Article Testing (Government) and Production Lot Testing applies. 72 days Delivery w/o FAT. 222 days Delivery w/FAT (60 submit for testing, 90 days evaluation, and 72 days final production). The approved sources of supply are: Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, CAGE 78286 part number 70102-11110-041; and, Sample Machining, Inc., CAGE 0B5V5 part number 70102-11110-041; Surge and sustainment is not required. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 4752 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year only is 1188 each. The minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and option years is 1188 each. The maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 4704 each. The maximum annual contract for the base year and each option year quantity is 9504 each. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Solicitation will issue on July 12, 2011 with a closing date of August 12, 2011. Clause 52.246.9G36 "Configuration Control" applies.
