- Sources Sought Notification This sources sought notification is issued for information and planning purposes only. This announcement is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) and does not commit the Government to solicit or award a contract now or in the future. No solicitation is available at this time. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and to invite potential sources to submit detailed capability statements for the work described in this announcement. Background: The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management Information Technology Commodities (OAQ/ITC), Washington, DC, has a requirement for two Cost Perform Version 8.2.2 Licenses and 12 month maintenance support. The NAICS code for this requirement is 511210 with a size standard of $25 million dollars. The period of performance is a base year of 12 months from the date of award. Interested small business concerns may identify their capabilities in writing by responding to this notice by 4:30 PM EDT on July 5, 2011 to Ms. LaVaysha Lewis, lavaysha.lewis@dhs.gov. All capability information must be in writing and provide clear, concise documentation indicating bona fide capabilities to provide the services required. Capability statements shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Verbal responses shall not be considered.
