- REQUIREMENT SCOPE: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform custodial work at approx. 70 buildings on Fort Wainwright, AK. This includes, but is not limited to, sweeping, mopping, removal of trash, cleaning of restrooms, dusting, cleaning stairs and landings and any other areas as specified in the PWS. The applicable North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS Code) is 561720 - Janitorial Service. The Period of Performance (POP) will cover the Base Year Plus Three (3) One -year Options. Potential Site visit will be scheduled; more information will be available in the solicitation package. This action is a 100% 8(a) Competitive set-aside. The contract type is Firm Fixed Price and the contract will be awarded based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) IAW FAR 15.101-2. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to this requirement. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code)and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov.
