- SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION The Defense Commissary Agency awarded a sole source firm fixed price contract to InfoSol, Inc a small business firm, 1831 W Rose Garden Lane, Suite 8, Phoenix, AZ 85027-2725, for the purchase of proprietary Software, Software Maintenance Support, as well as, telephone, and internet help desk support. Contract type is a Fixed Price, with cost reimbursement (travel only). The base period of performance will be July 05, 2011 through June 30, 2012 (including four 12-month option periods). InfoSol, is the original developer, the designer, and the sole owner of all patents and trade secrets in regards to this software application. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519 with a size standard of $25 million dollars.
