- The Corpus Christi Army Depot has a requirement for Shipping Container Parts. Negotiations to be conducted solely with the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the containers. This oral solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephonic requests. Send all requests for oral solicitation to kathy.arthurs@us.army.mil. Request must include company name, address, POC name, telephone number, fax number, CAGE Code, Tax ID number and DUNS number.
