- Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FC460011750017 is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently available. Quotations must be good for one month after the closing post date. We will accept GSA pricing and any associated discounts. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333415. The business size standard is 750 Emp. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following items: TRANE Blower Wheel mfg P/N WHL02578 QTY:1 Each or equal TRANE Clamps mfg P/N CMP00131 QTY:2 Each or equal TRANE Cooling Coil (replacement for K98A03022) mfg P/N DUWB51069G0EB121CAAA00B Left Hand Supply QTY:1 Each or equal Evapco Model (1 ½) REP 224-920 Cooling Tower, S/N 4-108197-89 3 Fan Cells Total, Rooftop location QTY: 1 Each or equal Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. If not already registered in CCR, go to WWW.CCR.GOV to register prior to submitting quote. GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE ONE (1) CONTRACT BUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER PARTIAL BIDS. PARTIAL BIDS SHALL BE IDENTIFIED AS PARTIAL BIDS.
