- GOVERNMENT RESPONSE TO RFIs: RFI 1. Are used buildings acceptable for this project? RESPONSE 1: Office Trailers supplied under this proposal are to be new or fully reconditioned (issuable with qualifications). Trailers are to be fully serviceable and issuable to all customers without limitations or restrictions. 2. Typical modular construction includes wall-mounted HVAC systems (1/module) including diffusers and intakes located in the ceiling. Each module also includes a thermostat. For this building, this will create two zones. Will this meet your requirement for "Central HVAC"? RESPONSE 2: Our preference is to have both HVAC units controlled by a single thermostat, however, we will accept the HVAC Units controlled by two thermostats. 3. Will the government make the final electrical connections to the 2EA electrical service panels located on this building, or is that our responsibility? RESPONSE 3: The government will provide electrical connectivity. Ensure panel details are included in quotes.
