- The Purpose of this Amendment is to: 1. Add the Following Positions to the BPA o Management Officer o Financial Management Officer o Program Operation Officer o Communications and Information Staff Officer / o Strategic Communications Officer o Force Protection Advisor (TS/SCI Clearance) o Building Construction Officer 2. Add DD 254 and clarify that a firm must possess a Top Secret Facility Clearance at the time their proposal is submitted. The Department will not sponsor a firm in order for them to become eligible to be awarded this contract. 3. Correct CLINS • CLIN 206 - Changed to Reserved • CLIN 304 - Changed to Maritime Senior Advisor • CLIN 305 - Changed to Maritime Advisor • CLIN 306 - Changed to Reserved 4.
