Description
End Item Application: 21F, Aircraft, Freedom Fighter F-5 PR#0042069183, This solicitation will contain one NSN 1440-01-063-9703. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Definitive Quantity Contract for a quantity of 49 each. This is a 3D item. The approved sources are: Northrop Grumman Technical (Cage Code 0JRC1) P/N 14-82003-5 and Marvin Engineering Co. Inc. (Cage Code 32067) P/N 14-82003-5. This procurement will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement using other than full and open competition. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. This is a critical application item. Quantity variance is zero. Configuration Control applies. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about July 18, 2011. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From DIBBS homepage, select Request for Proposal (RFP) under the Solicitations heading.
