- Description
- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting for quotes to 48,000 gallons #2 dyed diesel fuel for Dredge Goetz, delivered to Fountain City Service Base at Fountain City, WI, on 28 June 2011. The solicitation number W912ES-11-T-0060 is issued as unrestricted. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, and evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The resulting contractor will provide the fuel in accordance with the requirements of the Scope of Work. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The associated NAICS code is 324110 with a size standard of 1500 employees. Offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration located at www.ccr.gov prior to contract award, and have the NAICS code 324110 listed. A determination by the government to not award based on the responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the government.
