Description
Statement of Work for LAAFB and Ft. MacArthur windows cleaning The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform all exterior window cleaning services, tasks and functions for Los Angeles AFB (LAAFB) as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW). LAAFB includes Fort MacArthur (located 17-20 miles south of LAAFB proper) in the city of San Pedro. Upon notification by the 61st Civil Engineering Squadron, the Contractor shall thoroughly clean all exterior glass surfaces, window frames, sills, and sashe twice per year [i.e. one (1) time during the month of March and one (1) time during the month of September]. If a window is visible as the exterior surface of a building, it is to be cleaned on the outside in a manner that will reflect sheen, and be free of film, streaks, stains, and any other extraneous matter. The area surrounding the window shall be free of all traces of dirt, debris, water, and other foreign matter. Glass doors are to be counted as windows. Quantity- Twice per year (one (1) time during the month of March and one (1) time during the month of September) Base year : 15 Sep 2011-14 Sep 2012; Option 1 : 15 Sep 2012-14 Sep 2013; Option 2 : 15 Sep 2013-14 Sep 2014; Option 3 : 15 Sep 2014-14 Sep 2015; Option 4 : 15 Sep 2015-14 Sep 2016. See Attached statement of work. A site visit will be scheduled for Tuesday, 12 July @ 1 p.m. (Pacific Daylight Savings).
