- NSN: 1560-01-081-2192,(T-38), NORTHROP GUMMAN CAGE (0JRC1) SKIN AIRCRAFT, PN 14-12391-27, PR0023889187; Inspection and Acceptance Origin/FOB Origin; other than full and open competition, DSCR currently does not have an approved technical data package available for this National Stock Number. Delivery is 500 days after receipt of order. Configuration control applies. This is not a Flight Safety Critical Item. Solicitation will be issued July 14, 2011, for a quantity of 6 each and close on August 15, 2011; the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM internet bid board system (DIBBS) https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. Award is anticipated under Northrop Grumman's Basic Ordering Agreement FA8200-05-G-9001.
