- Amendment no. 1 to Solicitation no. 9QZ11JAL001 is being issued to correct the ratiing of 'Poor'on the attached past performance questionnaire. This a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of Advisory and Assistance Services in support of the Department of Defense, Office of Inspector General (DoD OIG), Arlington, VA in accordance with the attached solicitation. This acquisition will be conducted using FAR Part 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. All questions must be received by July 1, 2011, 3:00 PM Pacific Time. All proposals must be received by July 21, 2011, 3:00 PM Pacific Time. Proposal responses and inquiries will only be accepted electronically via email at joann.ancheta@gsa.gov with a copy to lealyn.sankey@gsa.gov. Amendment no. 1 Dated June 28, 2011 is being issued to correct the description of the "Poor" rating on the past performance quesionnaire.
