- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Provide 1,850 gallons of #2 low sulfur Diesel fuel. Fuel will be pumped into an existing above ground storage tank serving a standby generator. Point of delivery: Howard Hanson Dam Reservoir 36932 SE Green River Headworks Road Ravensdale, WA.
