- AMENDMENT 0001 _____________________________________________________________________ AMENDMENT 0001 Amendment 0001 was issued for informational purposes to answer questions submitted from various contractors regarding the solicitation. The Amendment also provides Replacement Pages 4 and 9-12 to replace pages 4 and 9-12 of the original solicitation. The solicitation package HSCG84-11-Q-AAS210 consists of the following five documents: Solicitation HSCG84-11-Q-AAS210 Technical Capability Statement (Attachment 1) Past Performance Reference Form (Attachment 2) Past Performance Questionnaire (Attachment 3) Amendment 0001 Please read each document carefully. Your offer shall include the following completed documents (see page 26 of "Solicitation HSCG84-11-Q-AAS210" for complete information): 1) Completed "Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items / Standard Form 1449" 2) Completed "Schedule of Supplies/Services Unit Prices" 3) Completed "FAR Provision 52.212-3" 4) Completed "Technical Capability Statement" 5) Completed "Past Performance Reference Form" 6) "Letter of Commitment", if applicable 7) Completed "Amendment 0001" You are responsible for sending "Past Performance Questionnaires" to at least two past performance references and insuring they are completed and submitted in accordance with pages 26-27 of Solicitation HSCG84-11-Q-AAS210. DUE DATE/TIME: Complete offers are due on July 6, 2011, 4:00PM, Eastern. QUESTIONS: No additional questions will be accepted. IMPORTANT - Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Interested parties shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and must have an active and complete registration status prior to award, during performance, and through final payments of any contract and/or order resulting from this solicitation. If an offeror does not become registered in the CCR database before the offer due date and time, the Contracting Officer may proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered offeror. Contractors may obtain information on registration via the internet at www.ccr.gov or by calling (866) 606-8220. The Contract Specialist cannot assist you with registering in CCR, obtain assistance by visiting the CCR website or calling the CCR phone number.
